The cottages at Parker Ridge offer residential privacy in a community setting around a village green. Each of our 24 cottages has a spacious living room, full kitchen with self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer, two bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2 baths, a deck, a garage, and a studio or storage space above the garage. The cottages range in size from 1,050 square feet to 1,750 square feet. The large cottages include such amenities as a separate dining room, den, and a solarium.
Cottages are part of the Parker Ridge Cottage Association, a consumer cooperative housing corporation. Consistent with the cooperative model, each cottage owner at Parker Ridge purchases stock representing the value of the residence.
In addition, residents pay a monthly maintenance fee to the Association that covers many services and amenities, allowing you to enjoy owning your home without the hassles.
Imagine all the time you will have for the activities you enjoy when you don't have to mow the lawn, clean the gutters, pull weeds, or shovel snow! And, our cottage residents love the convenience of being able to visit family or take extended vacations knowing their home will be maintained in their absence.

Cottage #69 is a charming and esthetically pleasing cottage. It has lovely natural light and a private view of the nearby wooded area.
Upon entering the cottage, there is a vestibule with a lovely tiled floor and a large coat closet.
The kitchen is “white on white”, with white cabinets and white appliances,including a gas stove. A separate pantry provides extra storage space. The dining room is visually separated from the living room and has a hardwood oak floor.
The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and built-in bookcases. There is a tray ceiling which enhances the open feel of the room.
The four-season sun room has a lovely exposure and view of the private back wooded area, and provides direct access to the deck. It has a tile floor with many windows and glass doors. Three skylights let the sunshine in.
The den is centered in the home and has built-in bookcases, which enables easy conversion to an office or studio. The adjacent hallway also offers a gallery of floor to ceiling bookcases.
The master suite features a large bedroom with a unique casement window overlooking the private wooded area. This suite has a dressing room with double closets on each side and includes a full bath.
The second bedroom has a bay window, a very deep closet, and another full bath with a linen closet.
A double closet off the hall provides a laundry area,housing the washer and dryer.
The interior staircase leads to a spacious bonus room with extra light provided by two skylights. The one- car garage is extra roomy with ample storage.
