Our residents are the reason we are here. Our beautiful community, our caring staff, and the services we provide all revolve around our residents. Since 1992, we have been striving to provide a pleasant, safe, and engaging place to call home. Home is more than just a place to live. It's the people around you every day who add so much to life. At Parker Ridge, new neighbors become good friends who share similar interests and goals, and staff members become trusted helpers and confidants whom you can count on when you need a helping hand.
We're extremely proud of our staff members—and with good reason. Every individual we hire is carefully screened and intensively trained to provide attentive, responsive service. The result is well worth the effort: loyal, long-term employees who are dedicated to their work and take pride in our unique community.
The staff at Parker Ridge are here because they enjoy working with seniors and desire to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Many of our employees have been a part of our team for years, live in the neighborhood, or have strong ties to Downeast Maine. You will find our staff to be capable, friendly, and welcoming, ready to assist you and help you feel at home.
